Role Overview: The Director of Sales & Marketing, a signifcant impact role on the Leadership Team, will be accountable for the enterprise marketing and sales strategies, as well as accompanying Teams, across the organization and product portfolio.
Required Competencies: At least 5 Years demonstrated success in similar role in a multi-product, B2B, multi-distribution channel environment (highly engineered products preferred) Demonstrated success in creating and implementing Marketing & Sales strategies
– across multiple, complex, cross-functional product and manufacturing streams
– with proven results Demonstrated success in building, fostering, developing, & integrating a diverse Marketing Team
