WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The HeadCyber and CloudTechnology is a key leadership role in the Information Security program. The Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with all teams (e.g. Security & IT Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and technical colleagues) and other lines of business. They are r esponsible for understanding, researching, designing and developing cloud security solutions, technical and reference architectures and supporting security strategies tailored to CNB’s business needs. They will own and validate blueprints and design artifacts which correlate to domain of expertise, partner with and validate solution architecture, and define solution design and services. Oversee that the development of roadmaps for which Security Technology investments at program and project level are aligned with the future-state architectures.They will ensure roadmaps are feasible and realistic by incorporating the view of the other impacted lines of business.

This is an exciting time of technology advancement and innovation across the bank, particularly within our technology teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • OwnCyber and Azure Cloud Securityplatforms, or product development in three or more technology domains, be principal owner of multiple domains and a key thought leader for Engineering
  • Own quality, quantity, and timeliness of team release delivery
  • Provide single-point-of-contact for release map interactions as necessary
  • Provide point of escalation and resolution for release, component, or platform-related issues
  • Create and develop Security Solution Architecture strategy, oversee solution architecture and design for all capabilities and services as assigned.
  • Prioritizing the delivery of Security Solution Architecture capabilities
  • Guide, coach, and mentor team to drive optimal performance from team members
  • Ensure timely, appropriate, and high-quality personnel management, e.g., time-tracking, vacation management, performance reviews, goal setting, individual development

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business or Computer Science or equivalent field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience working in Information Security or relevant roles
  • Minimum 10 years of experience designing and implementing cyber security solutions with recent Azure Cloud experience or risk programs within a complex IT or highly regulated environment

Skills and Knowledge

  • Professional certifications in information technology and cloud security Preferred — CISSP , CCSP , CISA,
  • Azure Solutions Architect Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated mastery of one or more areas of cyber security expertise
  • Demonstrated experience as a team or project leaders in a complex IT environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cyber security policies and standards in a highly regulated environment
  • Formalized training or certification in one more areas of cyber security specialization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Including a strong ability to create positive and professional business relationships with partner engineering and architecture teams across IT
  • Strong commitment to talent development, training and coaching to acquire and retain key security talent
  • Master’s degree in business or computer science is highly desired.
  • Advanced security certifications or equivalent formalized training
  • Demonstrated track record of effective cross-organizational project and program leadership
  • Demonstrated track record of effective cyber security leadership in financial sector or similar highly regulated environment
