Implementation Specialist

Vitalacy headquartered in Los Angeles, CA is a health and hygiene technology company focused on providing a safe and confident workplace through automation. We monitor compliance of quality and safety measures like hand hygiene, workflow and contact tracing with smart sensors and wearables.

Implementation Specialists are responsible for managing the initial customer onboarding experience and all of the tasks necessary to setting our customers up for success. The onboarding process requires you to be proactive and effective in communicating with our hospital clients both virtually and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate customer business goals into successful project plans in order to achieve them using Vitalacy’s technology during initial onboarding

• Manage a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring a successful and timely completion of each project

• Become an expert on the Vitalacy platform and train customers with varying levels of sophistication, from the basics of the platform to the use of more technical tools

• Advocate and assist in the prioritization of new customer features and product enhancements and collaborating with the Product and Engineering team to identify short-term solutions

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth hand-offs before and after onboarding

• Assist customers to quickly identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure the best possible experience during the onboarding period

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a customer facing position, preferably in a role focused on new customer implementation (preferably SaaS)

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent desired

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with keen prioritization and multi-tasking abilities

• Strong technical aptitude and a drive to learn

• Proactive communication with customers to ensure timely project completion.

• Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer relationships

• Ability to think creatively and be persistent

Compensation and Benefits: Vitalacy offers an attractive and competitive compensation package including base salary, pre-IPO stock options, health insurance, and a casual office environment. Working Conditions: This position will report to the Implementation Manager. Position can be field based. Must be able to travel a minimum of 25% of time including overnight travel as needed.
