– Supply Chain, this role will maintain the continuity of supply across Pangaea’s distribution network while optimizing for efficiencies in cost and productivity.

In addition, this role will work closely with Engineering to help continually develop, drive and execute supply chain improvement projects.Responsibilities :Use historical shipments, inventory data, and demand forecasts to develop and refine a robust supply forecasting model for Pangaea’s various brands and fulfillment centersManage the coordination of inbound and outbound goods, and optimize product movement and inventory to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencyServe as a liaison between the Supply Chain functions and the Engineering team in the testing, implementation, and application of technology solutions.Establish and operationalize supply chain analytics methodologies, tools and workflows across all supply chain functions.Optimize all supply chain cost and productivity metrics including but not limited to cost per unit shipped, on time freight deliveries and inventory to sales ratio.Interface with Engineering, Finance, Product Development and Operations to identify gaps in current processes and drive solutions that will improve Supply Chain operationsRequirementsBS/BA degree3-5 years experience of global operations or supply chain managementBusiness acumen and quantitative analysis (modeling) that can drive to insights and results using data preferredSQL a must, Python a plusBonus given to those who can speak Mandarin, Spanish, or ArabicBenefits & PerksMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance
