Herman-Scheer is a brand + growth design studio that’s building and launching best-in-class modern consumer brands in the wellness, self-care, technology, and F& B categories.
We were originally based in Venice, CA, but we’re now evolving into a more remote workforce.
We will eventually have a physical space on the Westside of Los Angeles again, but we’re okay with this role being fully remote, as long as candidates are willing to work west coast hours of 9 am 6 pm Pacific time.At the end of 2019 we had 8 people.
End of 2020 we had 16 people.
We’re now at 20 full-time people, and hiring for 5 wonderful new roles.
Every new project of ours is better than the last, our brand is really resonating in the market, and we’re growing in an exciting way.
Most importantly, we’re having a lot of fun doing it.We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager obsessed with building and growing client relationships with emerging and established brands.
This is our first hire on the Account Management side, as to date, that has largely been run by our two co-founders.
This is a full-time role reporting to our Director of Operations.
You will be working alongside our CEO and team of project managers to ensure client satisfaction and continued client relationships as we help to launch and grow exciting consumer brands.What You’ll Be Doing:Strategic Consulting: Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients, advise C-Level clients on business challenges and opportunities, from start-up to enterprise levels.Creative Marketing Mindset: Understand the creative process, and be able to guide our clients through it and articulate its value to their business.Client Growth + Upsells: Be entrepreneurially minded and constantly looking for ways to improve our clients’ business results and mutually beneficial ways to expand our working relationship.Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure client delight, starting in the sales process and extending throughout the life of our relationship with the client.
