Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. Our mission is to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

We are seeking an Art Buyer to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence. This role will report into the Director of Integrated Production.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Collaborate with the creative team, internal and external production partners, and vendors to procure or produce artwork for advertising campaigns, digital and social content, websites, and more
* Source photographers, illustrators, CGI/3D artists, and stock imagery (still and video) that meet the requirements of the creative team, ensuring the art or talent fits the concept and is at a high standard of quality
* Manage the logistics of photo shoots, including photographer search, fees and usage rights negotiation, contracts, scheduling, and budget tracking
* Provide governance over all image use, securing and managing usage rights, talent agreements, and copyright licensing terms
* Handle and track contracts, invoices, PO’s, releases, etc.
* Create and maintain a library system to manage and track fonts, licensing, and expirations
* Build and sustain strong relationships with stock agencies, photographers, illustrators, and artist agents
* Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions
* Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

* 5+ years of experience as an Art Buyer, ideally in an agency environment
* Extensive knowledge of photographers, artists, and illustrators across a wide array of subjects and styles
* A working knowledge of digital asset management platforms and standards
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Bridge. Photoshop skills a plus
* Strong image research capabilities, and visual sensibility
* Proven organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
* A collaborative mindset coupled with a proactive attitude
* The flexibility to work as part of a team one day, independently the next. You adapt to new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusiasm
* Determination, ingenuity, and a great attitude in the face of obstacles, deadlines, and ambiguity
