Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

TEAM: Finance and Accounting What You’ll Do The Associate Director of FP&A will play a key role as part of the Accounting & Finance team.

You will support all financial planning activities, review actuals vs.

budget with senior leadership, and work with program teams aligning assumptions with financial forecasts.

This position requires a strong understanding of GAAP, financial systems, and the ability to build and implement new processes.

This position will work closely with accounting and functional leaders, ensuring accruals are reasonable, creating fluxes as needed, and performing other ad hoc FP&A analyses.

The Impact You Will Have You will play a critical role in linking the business activities and strategic initiatives with financial reporting.

Your role will be an essential part of the day-to-day and long-term operations of the business, ensuring that we remain poised to achieve our mission of Remaking Medicine.

Your Superpowers You have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or comparable business degree, MBA/MSA and/or CPA a plus.

You have 8 years of financial analysis experience.

You have experience in the life science industry.

You are detail-oriented, well organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

You have a strong mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

You have experience building new processes and implementing management reporting.

You have experience with planning tools (Adaptive – OfficeConnect).

You have a continuous improvement mentality.

You can participate and work effectively on multiple cross-functional teams.

You understand relationships are key and have strong interpersonal skills.
