Program Management Lead, Brand Studio

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor”s degree or equivalent practical experience 8 years of experience in program management or operations Preferred qualifications: Experience managing large-scale initiatives and leading cross-functional teams Excellent leadership and project management skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and processes Ability in leading in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment Passion in driving conversation around data privacy and security Brand Studio is a passionate team of creative thinkers and marketers. Within Brand Studio, the Digital Responsibility team drives brand, growth and product marketing on some of our most critical topics: Privacy, Security, Safety, Kids & Families, and the Google Account. We partner across Marketing and Product Areas to create the central narrative and drive awareness and usage of our core Privacy & Security products. The debate around data privacy and security and the expectation for tech companies to demonstrate responsibility has never been louder. The way users and influencers perceive our stance on respecting their data has a huge impact on our brand and our future, influencing their trust and advocacy. Know the user. Know the magic. Partner directly with the Director and team leads to manage the program roadmap and deliver on company objectives and key results Partner with Product Area Marketing teams and regional Marketing teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution across the company Create the conditions for team members to do their best work, this includes managing staffing/resourcing, budget, and overall timelines Demonstrate ability to think strategically and proactively leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and processes designed to drive scale and impact Put in place efficient processes to organize, prioritize, resource, implement, and track all cross-company initiatives led by the Digital Responsibility team
