Requirements:
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Recruiting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
People Management/Supervisory experience desired. Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Computer Skills: Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Proficiency with various HRIS-ATS is required, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Job Description:
The Sr.
Operations Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruitment for assigned verticals of Operations (Production, Sanitation/Quality, Security, Maintenance, etc.) and Supply Chain (Warehouse, Transportation, Account Management, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requisition creation/management (ADP Workforce Now), job distribution, active and passive candidate sourcing, candidate review and screening, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, facilitating pre-employment screenings, and leading onboarding/orientations. Full ownership of assigned projects, in addition to regular duties, establishing and achieving milestones and completion goals. Responsible for vendor management, acting as the primary point of contact for production agency partnerships.
Will lead 1-2 direct reports (Recruiter and/or Associate Recruiter levels) who are responsible for high-volume hiring within the same verticals.

Assertive, resourceful, and strategic in order to achieve outstanding business results Ability to be a credible and influential business partner for company leadership (stakeholder management), advising on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, as well as the ‘by position’ recruiting market including candidate density, compensation, geographic search ranges, etc. Prioritize a high workload of requisitions, prioritizing appropriately against company objectives, and demonstrating a sense of urgency in creating positive hiring outcomes Superior written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and demonstrates high proficiency with attention to detail Foster a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team, leading by example, including acting as an advisor, coach or mentor for others on the team and/or internal clients when appropriate Resiliency and adaptability when navigating a fast-paced and dynamic Founder culture
