A prestigious dental practice in West LA is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join their team! As the Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will responsible to help create an excellent experience for patients. The Coordinator helps assist the front desk staff with tasks such as taking incoming calls and scheduling appointments, but also helps oversee the coordination of care from start to finish from scheduling to billing. The Coordinator will help process payments or set up payment plans and answer any questions related to billing that the patient may have. This role works full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and has intention to go contract to full-time.
This role would be ideal for a candidate who has previous experience working in the dental industry and is looking to work with a company who cares deeply about their patients and employees, seeking a long term growth opportunity.

Job Requirements:
-Previous experience working in a dental practice previously -Excellent patient care skills and customer service -Advanced knowledge of dental insurances -Previous experience using Dentrix software highly preferred
