Duties and Responsibilities
Leads, directs, and manages all aspects of finance and accounting.
Leads, directs, and manages the accounting team.
Provides recommendations to CEO and executive management team.
Oversees and/or prepares all financial reporting.
Develops and maintains mutually workable relations with senior management, partners and stakeholders.
Establishes, transacts and/or reviews all finance, HR and IT processes.
Manages forecasting and budgets.
Oversees all cash transactions and recording of same.
Manages and/or oversees all employee related functions, including all aspects of payroll, benefits, reporting, tax filings, and human resources.
Establishes and oversees safeguarding of company assets and appropriate internal controls.
Performs as needed accounting functions as part of the financial reports’ preparation cycle.
Must be able to engage professionally and respectfully with staff at all levels of our organization.
Must display cohesive written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
Accounting/Finance Degree
Extensive Accounting Knowledge and Skills
10 Years Evolving Experience
