– United States of America**JOB SUMMARY**This position is a key member of the Account Leadership Team that delivers commercial real estate services on behalf of our client which includes but not limited to strategic and industry thought leadership, facilities management, lease administration, transaction management, accounting and financial services.

This position is key in delivering a business consulting approach to complex research, data mining/analysis, reporting and interpretation of client performance metrics, and insights to developing strategies and recommendations for continuous improvement and change management.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Delivers operational and integrated insights to our team and to our clientActs as advisor and strategist for key service enhancement pursuits, strategic initiatives, and overall business intelligence roadmapLeads, executes, as well as provides administrative/training duties for our technology platforms for reporting, analytics, and performance management (Tableau, PowerBI, SmartSheet, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LCAM, SiteTools, Client CMMS)Provides work order analysis (weekly basis), executive updates, compiles data into PowerPoint presentations, responsible for SmartSheets and SiteTools (used for onsite audits & data collection, requisition process, overtime surveys, billing walkthroughs), assists finance department with financial analysis, customer satisfaction, once a month adhoc analysis, and monthly meetings with client leadership and building administrators.Identifies opportunities for improvements and leads innovation and change managementExecutes complex research, data mining, reviews accuracy of data, data warehousing, analysis, reporting and interpretation of global, national, regional, local and/or client performance metricsDevelops scenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow).

Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in general business conditions.Responds to requests from management, team members, and the clientOther duties may be assigned.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.

May lead project teams plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong business consulting background based on analytical research and analysis to build business cases for continuous improvement and chance.

Must also be able to proficiently perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**None.**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Ability to effectively present information.**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions.

Conducts advanced financial analysis.**REASONING ABILITY**Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.**OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**Advance experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc) including VLOOKUP and PIVOT Tables.

Ability to use query and report generation tools, and self-service/web-based application experience.

Analytical background and direct experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SmartSheet, LCAM*, SiteTools, and experience with facilities management work order systems.* CBRE capital planning tool**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
