Creative Director, Brand Marketing

We are looking for a Creative Director who will lead in building and evolving our brand by crafting compelling stories.

You’ll partner with marketing, talent acquisition and design to bring creative concepts to life across performance marketing, social media and campaigns.

As Creative Director, you will have the opportunity to impact our brand and users.

Key Responsibilities
Lead creative brainstorms for content refreshes and tentpole campaigns Provide creative that meets business and brand needs, including content, short videos, campaigns and marketing collateral Reevaluate our brand guidelines and systems to find opportunity for cohesive and evolution Define and optimize our processes and best practices to improve production workflows Work cross functionally with talent acquisition, growth marketing, designers, and internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs and feedback into creative content solutions Provide creative team clear communication and motivation to produce high-level creative solutions Develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to concept and execute creative Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment that values exploration and experimentation

What You Bring to the Table

Must have extensive experience with
5+ years experience in a similar role with an advertising agency, entertainment or tech company Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign and creative content in a fast paced environment Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate cross-functionally on integrated campaigns Extensive knowledge of brand promotions and working within established brand guidelines Experience managing and delivering a high volume of creative and campaign types Ability to make decisions around budgets and production Knowledgeable about influential trends, ideas and people in entertainment
