The Media and Retail Marketing Manager plays a key role within our Marketing organization by leading and managing the following: Tier 1 Media Marketing (US & Canada) Website Management (MaseratiUSA.com & Maserati.ca), including, but not limited to: Planning, Strategy, and updates, Search Engine Optimization Improvement tactics, Performance Measurement (Adobe Analytics), Adobe Experience Management Platform knowledge, Managing the Digital Agency of Record, American Disabilities Act compliance Media Strategy & Management, including but not limited to: Strategy development at agency level, Creative Review, Data Management Platform knowledge, Development of new ideas for lead generation, Performance Measurement, Budgeting Legal responsibilities, including but not limited to: Development and execution of Disclaimers (for digital advertising and website offers and legal notices), Managing Vendor Contracts, Involvement in legal processes/issues such as: General Data Regulation Protection, California Consumer Privacy Act, Maserati Commercial Policy Agreements, Data Share Agreement Finance responsibilities, including but not limited to: Managing budgets, spending approvals and vendor payments Analytics responsibilities including, Management of Demand Dashboard, Adobe for website, and Media Tier 1 Digital / Omni-Channel Oversee the development, optimization, and performance of Tier I Website, Mobile, Omni-Channel Experience & Customer Journey Support the regional lead for the global omni-channel project (Online To Offline) to improve the customer journey and lead gen/conversion experience Lead creation of synergies with Retail Marketing between Tier I and Tier II brand experience Tier 3 Retail Marketing Dealer Advertising Association set-up & management of group website, media plans, creative and budgeting Management of Website Programs including adds for products & services to drive traffic (Digital Advertising programs, Chat, trade-in tools, etc.) Creation and Maintenance of Retail Marketing Programs Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 10 years of marketing/media experience.

Preferred agency experience, with an emphasis on effective management and team building skills Strong background in marketing/media planning including fluent understanding of current martech/adtech capabilities; as well as digital/social/programmatic media and buying Strong passion for and knowledge of technology, emerging media and attribution analytics Excellent presentation and deck writing skills Exceptional team player / thought leader with the credibility and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly Automotive and agency experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Master’s Business Administration Previous experience leading a team with direct reports Successful track record of experience delivering cross functional marketing results within the exotic luxury automotive segment with deep experience in marketing media accomplishments.
