We have an exciting Associate level role available based in our trendy South LA office.

An Associate’s primary objective is to provide qualitative & quantitative research for execution on projects for the business and teams therein.

The research function is integral in order for the business to achieve the overall Hanover vision & mission whilst enhancing the brand.

The Associate works in collaboration (1).

with specific project management responsibility primarily internally or (2) with external and some internal focus supporting the Partners i.e., “the internal client”, successfully executing and delivering projects/ assignments against defined criteria, timelines and outcomes whilst adding value and providing service excellence to clients.

Required Experience:

· Min 1 years + business/ working experience within a search related organization/ business environment, preference for formal training or tertiary studies

· Proven ability to productively work as part of a team

· Experience with research, sales, delivery and execution on projects & targeted assignments

· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate telephonically and in person

· Duty of care to client & candidates

· Ability to follow through on directed tasks, projects and work

· Work independently as well as supervised when needed

· Be methodical organized and possess good administrative skills

· Attention to detail (T’s & C’s, proposals, compliance etc.)

· Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to senior people

· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Have excellent data processing and IT skills (word, excel, outlook)
