Job Summary : Manages and develops content for external websites via content management systems.
Ensures and coordinates the timely update of new information and accuracy of existing information online.
Works independently as well as with other marketing and communication team members, health system operations and project sponsors to create and update content.
Develops appropriate site architecture.
Essential Functions : Maintains website standards and guidelines as they relate to content, ease of use, graphics and brand image, and ADA compliance.
Coordinates and manages technical development with system office, TIS and external digital vendors.
Oversees content/communications on Saint Joseph Health System, intranet (Daily Dose), including the corporate calendar of events.
Manages and maintains Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Quality Management (DQM), and continually optimizes and improves sites for leading search engines, such as Google and Bing.
Develops and maintains online directory listings on third-party sites like Google My Business, Reputation.com, Yelp, WebMD, etc.
Assists with monitoring and responding to correspondence from patients via social media messages and online reviews.
Monitors and responds to correspondence received via webmaster email.
Monitors, reports out on and makes appropriate changes to websites or recommendations based on analytics data.
In collaboration with other team members, oversee and help translate organizational brand and marketing strategies into the digital environment including e-mail campaigns, CRM, Salesforce, paid search, display media and more.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Proactively research digital marketing strategies, emerging technologies and SPHP web analytics.

Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in corporate communications and web design/development Experience and Skills : 5 to 7 years of marketing web administration with management experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing website content via content management systems.
Previous experience managing major corporate website(s) preferable.
Exceptional strategic planning, critical thinking, and written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly, collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, peers, and vendors.
Knowledge of current digital technologies, with the ability to identify relevant emerging technologies and their potential use.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; strong organizational skills; highly self-motivated and self-directed; and attentive to detail.
Must be able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines.
Knowledge or experience with search engine optimization.
Knowledge or experience with online listings and reputation management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access required.
Physical and Mental Requirements and Working Conditions : Position operates in a typical office environment.
The area is well-lit, temperature-controlled and free from hazards.
Incumbent communicates frequently, in person and over the telephone, with people in a number of different locations on technical issues.
Manual dexterity is needed in order to operate a keyboard.
Hearing is needed for extensive telephone and in-person communications.
The environment in which the incumbent will work requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects at the same period and adapt to interruptions.
Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.
