Explore your future and launch your career today.We are currently seeking an experienced Sourcer to be part of the next generation of the Talent Acquisition organization and play a pivotal role in our recruiting strategy, technology optimization, and recruiting marketing.The Sourcer hired into this role will be responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and pipeline. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and build a targeted sourcing plan. This position will target engineering based talent supporting our space products launch and missile defense systems.Job Duties:Research market conditions and industry trends as it relates to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing positions.Utilize professional networks to source candidates for active requisitionsSource candidate from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Entelo, Hiretual Clearancejobs.com, Indeed.com, social media, and search engines.
