Essential Job Functions
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements Establish, develop and strengthen key relationships in multiple lead customers; including but not limited to: Executive Management, Engineering, Program Management, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, and Operations Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and promptly deal with complaints Effectively communicate account needs to other departments Coordinate the fulfillment process with all departments to ensure smooth transactions, maintaining customer satisfaction at each step Manage and drive contract negotiations, pricing, accurate forecasting, and overall business relationship Manage a complex solution sale from prospecting through deployment
Required Qualifications
Sales experience Bachelor’s degree or higher Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
