Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer our in-house IT Specialist coordinates between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development.

The IT Specialist performs IT operations, maintenance, resolves IT concerns, and advises personnel on how to resolve technical matters.

Maintain the networks at various locations.

Complete maintenance of IT devices and any additions to the networks.  Distribute phones and laptops to employees.

Manage email accounts for the company including creating new emails, maintaining, and creating email distribution groups.

Troubleshoot any hardware or software problems.

Installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on it use.

Coordinate the needs of remote employees, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

Basic Education and Experience Required:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred not required.

A minimum of two years’ Operational IT experience required.
