Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
● Onboard agencies and launch a new global brand in your first 12 months
● Lead year-round brand planning, management, content creation and campaign development
● Establish global brand insights, frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits for regional execution
● Embed with regional marketing teams to co-develop marquee activations in local markets
● Partner with other marketing and x-functional teams to ensure that brand strategy and creative infuses User Growth, Product, Content, Partnerships, HR/Employer and every touchpoint Qualifications
● Ambition to positively impact global culture and the next generation of social media
● 8 years experience as a brand marketer, ideally with a mix of brand strategy, management, and partnerships experience
● Deep experience leading brand initiatives from insights to integrated execution
● Experience originating brand initiatives globally, then partnering with internal and agency teams to successfully activate those concepts regionally and locally
● Experience in consumer tech, social media, influencers/creators, and streaming video strongly preferred
● Organized and detail-oriented, but also comfortable operating in a dynamic, startup-like environment where teams may need to rapidly evolve or pivot plans as needs and priorities change
