Responsibilities
– Our Account Manager will: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g.

Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field If that describes you, Hanna Interpreting Services may be the perfect fit for you Who is Hanna?

We currently have about 15 team members working in the office, and 30-or-so team members working from home.
Prior to COVID-19, we would regularly get together after-hours for hang outs, company parties, and volunteer events.
We are looking forward to resuming those activities in the near future.
Position Details This is a full-time position.
Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 5 p.m., with some flexibility allowed.
The position will work in-office with proper COVID-19 safety measures in place.
Some Work-From-Home opportunities may also be provided after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
