Seasonal Regional Loss Prevention Manager

The Seasonal Regional Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining shrink and shrink compliance initiatives; conducting internal investigations; store safety programs; and compliance programs and audits.

  • Conducting and resolving internal investigations effectively and in an efficient manner
  • Strong prioritization skills, ability to adjust quickly to new developments and complete tasks timely
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and deductive reasoning skills
  • Provide guidance and develop relationships with our business partners on Loss Prevention, Safety and compliance issues
  • Ability to analyze and review Agilence Exception reports to identify internal theft concerns
  • Ensure that areas of responsibility are in compliance with KPI Alerts and Moving Target program
  • Conduct Store Visit Audits to ensure compliance on Loss Prevention Policies and quickly address any issues identified
  • Strong telephone interviewing skills
  • Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-Year College or technical school; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office Programs, Exception Reporting
  • Wicklander and Zulawski Interviewing Skills Course Completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively

  • Must be extremely honest and of the highest integrity
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers’ license
