Chief Financial Officer

The Global Chief Financial Officer is a leading member of the executive team responsible for organizational strategy, mission, vision, and financial growth.

The Global Chief Financial Officer role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Chief Financial Officer plans, implements, manages, and controls all financial initiatives across the board.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Manage Investor and Shareholder’s relationships; Establish and control financial reporting; Conduct GAP analysis and drive the financial planning; Perform risk management by analyzing the Company’s liabilities and investments; Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks; Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure; Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the Company’s operations; Oversee preparation and reliability of current and forecasting reports; Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and implemented policies; Manages finance, accounting, and internal control teams (up to 40 employees).

Qualifications to Succeed:

CFO experience in the Publicly-Traded Company generating over $2B revenue; Hands-on IPO Process; MS or MBA, and CPA are highly desirable; Ability to envision strategy successfully translating organizational mission and vision; Possess a combination of precise decision-making, problem-solving and excellent communication skills to drive a high-performance culture.
