eCommerce Manager

We have partnered with a Portland, OR retail company to recruit an eCommerce Manager to join their team and scale their digital efforts in 2021 and beyond.

You will own direct-to-consumer eCommerce management and optimization, working with cross functional teams to build and optimize product listings, with an eye for all things growth.

You will also partner closely with agency partners (both technical and marketing focused) to collaborate on campaigns that drive web traffic and digital sales, and to optimize the organization’s Shopify site.

You will own along with content management responsibility across their corporate site and eCommerce platform.

To be a fit, you should bring 5 years’ experience in DTC eCommerce.

Experience in a retail or “hard goods” industry is highly preferred, but this qualification is flexible for the right fit.

This is a permanent role on a tight-knit team, with pay ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 annually.

This role will sit in Portland, OR and will work a flexible schedule, set for about 50/50 onsite and remote.

You will: Analyze and optimize the company’s DTC eCommerce presence with a focus on growth and optimization in a competitive market, leveraging data to make informed eCommerce and campaign decisions Work with internal and external teams to optimize digital marketing efforts across social, email and web channels, partnering with company leadership to try new platforms and channels Support the company in building their eCommerce function, including aiding their team in continued site build outs and optimization efforts Report on eCommerce campaign ROI and ROAS, supporting campaign choices with analytics and numbers Own additional responsibility within eCommerce and marketing as necessary
