Manager Activation

The Manager Activation is responsible for the Papa John’s marketing and promotional calendar.

Specifically, the team’s task is to maximize sales and profit while leading strategic alignment between consumer insights, innovation, strategic prioritization, and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities: o (5-8 key activities and decisions for which this role is accountable) Supports with overall calendar development.

o Establishes program success criteria (Key Performance Indicators) and develops executional plans.

o Proactively engages cross-functional partners (restaurant operations, supply chain, IT, finance, innovation & communications) to identify and address all project-related needs.

o Deeply understands consumer and competition to drive Papa John’s differentiation and brand preference.

o Analyzes the performance of marketing mix and recommends changes to improve future performance.

• 3-5 years of experience in product and brand activation, project management or related field in the food industry or CPG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 25%
