Facilitate a positive community for residents, promote a comfortable and safe living environmentProvide customer service assisting students with various needs such as maintenance requests, lock-outs, incident response, emergency calls, mitigate complaints to maintain a stable environmentCheck-in and check-out of incoming and outgoing residents on a weekly basis by following current procedures and processesWork and communicate with the cleaning crew and maintenance personnel on a weekly basis to ensure the proper turnover of roomsPerform light maintenance laborWork with spreadsheets (Excel) involving day-to-day operations and quality controlAnswer phone calls, respond to text messages and emails from arriving students, and other incoming messagesAll other duties as requiredSchool coverage (25%)Chaperone or guide student activities/events (as scheduled) Assist with the planning and execution of student engagementSocial Media Assistance (as needed) posting photos and Kings content to social mediaAll other duties as assignedNote: This is a live-in position.
