What We Offer Van & Flatbed Company Solo Drivers & Team Drivers:
Solos
- $4,000 Sign on Bonus
- $3,000 – 4,000 Miles/Week
- $1,700 – $2,200 /Week from the start
Teams
- 6,000 – 8,000 Miles/Week
- $1,000 sign on bonus paid to each driver after 90 days.
- Flexible home time
- Direct deposit every week
- $4,000 Sign on Bonus
- Paid layovers, extra stops and detentions
- All miles paid (empty and loaded)

Driver Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Good MVR for the last 3 years
- Valid CDL A and medical card
- Minimum 3-4 weeks out
- 1099
