Office Administrator

Ronin Surgical is looking for a motivated, entry-level associate to represent our fast-paced medical device company and its innovative, best-in-class product line. 

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of proven experience (health or medical sectors preferred), and the ability and professionalism to conduct business over the phone in an organized, efficient manner. 

Activities include, but are not limited to: 

Answering inbound phone calls from distributor representatives, customers, and hospital staff. 

·        Following-up with customers for payment of open invoices. 

·        Taking service department calls, creating tickets, and handling associated correspondence and product logistics. 

·       Completion of administrative operations. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

·         Developing and maintaining relationships with Ronin Surgical Corp.

customers. 

·         Representing products over the phone to customers and distributors while assisting field representatives with technical questions and service requests. 

·        Completing assigned open invoice lists and producing weekly progress reports. 

·        Managing time between answering inbound calls, supporting Ronin product lines, communicating on open invoices, and handling service requests in a timely and efficient manner. 

Minimum requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree with GPA that reflects strong work ethic. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with enterprise CRM software is a plus (Oracle/NetSuite/Sales Force).

·        Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.

Compensation: 

o    $20.00 (hourly)
