Agile Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced clinician to fill the role of Operations Manager at our West Los Angeles location. Working collaboratively with the Clinical Manager, you will lead a skilled staff who embody the mission, vision and culture of Agile Physical Therapy. This position involves a split between patient care and management.

Our experienced staff of physical and occupational therapists hold advanced certifications including OCS, SCS, ATC, CSCS, WCS, CHT, and FAAOMPT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in related field (ex: physical therapist, occupational therapist)
  • A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
  • A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience at Agile or within the community at large
  • Basic understanding of evaluating company outcome measurement reports and department statistics
  • Strong organizational, people, and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of budget development and planning
  • Advanced certification are preferred (OCS, CHT, WCS, etc)

Partial position description:

  • 75% patient care; 25% dedicated management time
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory entities and requirements, including HIPAA, facility policy and procedures, environmental health and safety, etc.
  • Coordinate, analyze, and improve delivery of optimal workflows
  • Create employee engagement and assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent
  • Collect and disseminate outcome measurement reports and department statistics
  • Perform annual reviews of staff
  • Approval of payroll, staffing, schedules
  • Analysis and approval of requests with financial implications

Compensation: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
