*** This position works onsite at Commerce Casino Full-Time and pays $25.00 per hour (non-negotiable) ***The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating business process improvement projects that have a high impact, risk, and complexity to the casino operation.

Writing project charters, refreshing standard operating procedures, documenting an auditable business workflow, as well as maintaining content repositories for business and regulatory needs are critical aspects of this position.

This person will act as the business liaison on each project coordinating as well as communicating delivery expectations to partners and vendors.

This person will be proficient in communication and will help to create a seamless experience for our department and internal customers.

This position requires someone to be detail oriented, and an effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and track project requirements to completion.

This is a demanding and fast paced position, and requires someone to be proactive, quick thinking, and a resourceful problem solver.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:1.Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner; 2.Monitor team queues to expedite request processing to ensure high customer service levels; 3.Track team action plans and report progress; 4.Produce weekly reports and assist with monthly customer deliverable reports (Gannt Chart, Project Tracker); 5.Assist in documentation of policies and procedures for the department; 6.Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy; 7.Ability to workproficiently and calmly under pressure situations; 8.Organize weeklymeetings for major projects with stakeholders to review open issues and deliverables; 9.Maintaining andmonitoring project plans, and project schedules; 10.Gather, track and report project costs versus budget; 11.Responsible for keeping assigned section safe and orderly; 12.Excellent at building relationships and creating a strong team environment; 13.Performs all other work-related duties as deemed necessary by department head.QUALIFICATIONSWork Experience Required: General office skills, typing and computer experience.

Experience with the MS Office Suite.

Experience with line of business systems.

Casino Experience a plus.Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or relevant work experience.Other Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Must have basic computer skills and ability to solve problems.

Must be friendly, outgoing, and be self-motivated.

Must have an ability to work in a busy environment.

Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments.

Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position.

Must be clean, well-groomed, and have a professional appearance.
