Citrin Cooperman is seeking an Audit Manager in our Woodland Hills office.

We are ranked the 22nd largest accounting firm in the US with over 1,350 partners and staff in 17 offices.
This role works closely with members of the audit and attest practice at all levels, practice leaders, as well as members in HR and Resource Management.
The individual will be a key resource in influencing the types of client experiences our staff have with the firm.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Oversee all aspects of managing audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and engagement wrap-up Develop budgets for engagements and coordinate scheduling Monitor realization, leveraging, and staff utilization on all engagements Provide training, mentoring, and supervision to staff and senior accountants Assess staff performance and provide appropriate feedback in a timely manner Ability to perform technical research on complex accounting issues Coordination of engagement wrap up with Quality Control team Proactively manage client relationships by being the point person with key client personnel Communicate with Partner on work status and client issues that arise Identify key audit risk areas, design overall audit approach and provide potential conclusions to Partners and Quality Control
The ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting plus 5 years auditing experience in public accounting firm including 2 years of supervisory experience Masters degree preferred CPA preferred Must be able to supervise staff at all levels on different engagements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
