Group Product Manager – People & Places Tech

In this role you will lead a team of passionate product managers and create a seamless digital experience as we hire and inspire top talent; engage, develop and grow our employees; and deliver the workplace of the future.

What you’ll bring * You have led the ideation, technical development, and launch of enterprise software products, transforming your expertise in enterprise software and mobile technologies into innovative solutions and products* You have been a product management leader in the HR Technology space with multi years of domain expertise in Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Rewards, Year End Pay and Performance, Learning Management areas.* You have experience at a top consumer or enterprise software company for 7 or more years, and have directly managed a team of 3 or more product managers (or equivalent) for at least 3 years* You are an organized, operational thinker who has a track record of building and inspiring teams, managing complexity, and delivering world-class results* You work with customers, engineering managers, UI engineers, and other technical partners to design products* You move fluidly between high-level strategy and execution; you are confident giving a presentation to the CEO and running a SCRUM meeting with engineers and designers* You use data to define metrics for initiatives, to measure current state and to track attainment of stated metrics* You have an innate curiosity and willingness to dive deep into a complicated platform product, and the influencing skills to navigate solutions and bring together disparate points of view* Undergraduate degree required.

Academic concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline preferred; MBA or MS a plus.

Equivalent professional experience will be considered How you will lead * You will assume product ownership for People & Places HR Technology at Intuit* You will align with customers on their most important business priorities and articulate a vision for how technology can be an enabler and accelerator* You will deliver product requirements with prioritized features and establish the operational rigor for operating and improving the existing portfolio* You will partner with key stakeholders to design, build and launch solutions, services and key integrations* You will build and mentor a team of high performing product managers and foster an environment of innovation and collaboration* You will be accountable for implementing effective change; creating, maintaining and reviewing the appropriate quality metrics; and helping to continually optimize and improve product adoption* You will serve as the product evangelist, advocating for the customer every step of the way
