StartEngine is looking to add a Funding Strategist to our growing team.
The Funding Strategist’s primary responsibility will be to communicate daily with the companies (or as we call them in the biz, Issuers) who are currently fundraising on the StartEngine platform.
The Funding Strategist will work with these companies to both market their raise and also address any questions or challenges they might be experiencing.
Whether it’s designing a paid advertising campaign, addressing an investor issue, reviewing their email marketing, or helping a company update their offering, your goal is to help maximize their raise and provide the company with the best possible experience on StartEngine.
An ideal candidate for this role will see this as an exciting opportunity to get a foot in the door and help us grow as a company.
We’re looking for highly motivated individuals to fully immerse themselves within StartEngine, who truly believe in our mission statement and want to grow quickly.
Primary Responsibilities:* Build a marketing plan for a company’s raise on StartEngine* Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google) with budgets up to monthly six figures* Work in tandem with the Creative Leads to build and design campaign pages for the company fundraising on StartEngine* Provide guidance to company on creative assets used across campaign page and marketing efforts* Design and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, include digital paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, etc.* Perform various administrative functions, including filing SEC submissions, funds reconciliation and handling certain investor questions* Pull and prepare weekly reporting for campaign optimizations and client communications* Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with company’s mission statement* Provide exceptional customer service for current and upcoming companies Requirements:* Previous paid Ad / digital advertising experience specifically Facebook paid ads* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, team-driven, and high energy environment* Results oriented with the ability to meet/exceed department metrics/measures* Strong organization and time management skills* Persistent mindset who motivates and encourages companies through on-boarding experience* Level headed problem solver with a professional service oriented attitude* Adaptable, dependable and responsible* Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written Overview: We are seeking seeking smart, capable individuals prepared to hit the ground running.
