Your responsibilities in this role
– Complete and invoice for form preparation fees
– Prepare transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies manually
– Plug in applicable data into Tax software application
– Call or email clients to gather fundamental information/documents
– Conduct other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
– Manage incoming client calls to answer tax questions and set appointments
Job Requirements:
– Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
– Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
– tax experience required
– Can work independently with minimal supervision
– Spreadsheet and database capabilities
– Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
– Outstanding data entry skills
– AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
