You will report directly to the SVP of Sales and will be considered part of the Senior Leadership team of the company.
What You’ll Do
You will be the driving force behind developing and executing HopSkipDrive’s expansion strategy to triple the number of active markets over the next 30 months.
You will interact with a highly talented team of cross functional stakeholders to address questions around procurement processes, driver requirements, regulatory hurdles, and operational complexities.
Prior to market launch, you will be the face of HopSkipDrive in expansion markets.
You will be supported by a team of Sales Development reps to ensure proactive conversations among high level buyers and influencers in the prospective market.
After launch you will work closely with Account/Sales Managers on maintaining client relationships.
You will represent HopSkipDrive at industry events and conferences.
This includes NAPT, NASDPTS, Council of Great City Schools, and many other state level education and transportation conferences.
You will partner with HopSkipDrive’s marketing team to drive high level content creation that brings informational value to the broader Education/Transportation community.
What we’re looking for
8+ years of business development experience with the Transportation/Education space.
A nationwide network of industry leaders and professionals High level of proficiency with Sales and Marketing tools including: Salesforce, Pardot, Quip, Salesloft.
Strong understanding of a B2B pipeline management, sales cycle, and customer journey with associated metrics Self-starter attitude with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations Bachelor’s degree.
MBA a plus Work experience in consulting, finance, or product management is a plus Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing agile work environment
