Go-to-Market Lead

As a Go-to-Market Lead, you will be Compass’s multi-regional operational lead, launching new lines of business in markets across the country.

Simply put, we have ambitious growth plans, and are looking for the next set of leaders to help us achieve them.
You will help refine the launch playbook and lead operations as we grow our business offerings beyond residential real estate brokerage.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key regional workstreams, overseeing functions including real estate, compliance, recruiting, finance, and growth.

In addition to day to day management of each market, you will contribute to projects that drive top-line revenue and help us achieve greater operational efficiency.

Your success in this role will be measured on your ability to help achieve company level growth goals through your execution of our launch strategy.
At Compass You Will
Execute and refine market launch playbook Guide and operationalize key strategic decisions for a new Compass city or region Manage local staff and maintain thoughtful business process to support teams in-market Make hiring decisions and own operational org chart Manage P&L for the launch and approve major expense items Drive process improvement across operational functions Be an “athlete”, and be excited to dive in and play a hands on role when needed
What We’re Looking For
4-6+ years of experience in an expansion or operations role at a growth stage startup preferred.

Equivalent experience in management consulting, corporate business development, private equity, or finance is also welcome.

Ability to gain respect from and lead seasoned business leaders.

Strong strategic planning skills, effective project management, and sound decision making abilities Solution-oriented mindset and work approach: you should be able to make a new Compass city come to life, whatever it takes Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders Charisma and a natural ability to connect with others Willingness to travel
