We are looking for Talent Agents who will focus on handling FAMILY TALENTS to further amplify our company’s positive influence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as a liaison between talented individuals and casting directors, film studios, production companies, ad agencies, and photographers, to help clients/represented talent to build a successful career in the entertainment industry; advising their clients/talent on the best options, commercial deals, and/or directions to take their careers negotiate legal and contract terms on behalf of their client when signing for an appearance or performance; handle media inquiries, business/brand deal inquiries, and/or requests for personal appearances; scout and prospect for fresh talent (that fit the agency’s roster) on all digital/social media platforms to represent Responsible for growth in revenue, reputation, and relationships with new and existing clients Ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and service quality through delivering of the services stated above; and Support other projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of relevant talent representation experience (must include significant experience interfacing with talent/artists and brands BA or BS Degree Entertainment experience strongly preferred; service business experience a plus Synthesizes information from business units or clients to develop and execute successful communication strategies Manages multiple demanding tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Understanding of all social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc) Understanding of talent and brand contractual terms and conditions Quickly grasps new concepts and is agile in working across diverse lines of business in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Exhibits a proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative approach to identifying, creating, and responding to opportunities Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and judgment, and builds relationships and trust at all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and writing/editing skills Have handled family talents before.
