POSITION OVERVIEW The Counterintelligence Analyst will conduct functional management supports DoD’s Community Coordination Office by integrating, managing, assessing, and providing focused advocacy for Defense CI programs.

The contractor shall support the CCO, which integrates, coordinates, synchronizes, and deconflicts CI policies, issues, requirements, and operations across Defense, Combatant Command, Service, and National Cl and HUMINT organizations to facilitate the synergistic execution of Defense CI activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Provide management and prioritization of programs within assigned portfolio.

Act as a liaison to with the CI Enterprise, including daily engagement via email, phone, VTC, community meetings, and conferences, including coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies.

Facilitate information exchanges with the IC to develop and improve interagency relationships and conduct frequent interaction with national agencies, DoD agencies, Joint Staff, military services, and Commands.

Provide input on the integration of CI activities in support of policy development, strategic planning, CI mission management, CI functional integration, and internal operations;.

Provide CI functional service expertise to CI operations and investigations.

Prepare and disseminate periodic DoD CI operations, investigations, and OFCO assessment reports.

Prepare Congressional briefings on DoD operations, investigations, and OFCO as necessary, including inputs to Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB).

Conduct name checks and deconfliction.

Provide operational support, analysis, coordination, and deconfliction on matters pertaining to DoD CI operations, investigations, and OFCO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience Experience working with interagency partners to facilitate strong working relationships.

Experience creating professional analytical and policy products.

Experience with balancing a diverse workload in order to meet changing and competing requirements, and advanced capacity to prioritize or recommend priorities and courses of action to the customer.

Advanced skills using MS Office products (i.e.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, grammar, and editorial skills, with attention to detail.

Senior Must have seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis, production, and functional services/mission support.

Bachelor’s degree is desired.

Training as a credentialed CI special agent or law enforcement at the State or Federal level is preferred.

Mid-Level Must have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis, production, and functional services/mission support.

Bachelor’s degree is desired.Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired Detail Oriented.

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and technique appropriate to the audience.

Ability to participate productively as a contributing member in a team environment.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.

Demonstrated experience of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure to ensure written materials prepared and reviewed are compete succinct and formatted correctly.
