Our CMS client is seeking a Director of Software Engineer with hands on development and exceptional leadership experience. In this role, you will be responsible for about 10 direct reports while driving planning and execution for all development and quality assurance activities. 1. Management experience with code reviews, coach mentality
2. 50-50 hands on developer and management
3. Able to think strategically about the project, leading an agile team with people skills and motivating people
4. 5+ years in leadership role, 10+ years in software development (java)
5. Knowledge with Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, MySQL, and front end frameworks.
