About This Role As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our strategic partnerships with real estate brokerages and local/state associations.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships, and proactive in identifying new opportunities for growth.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with the real estate industry and can serve as the primary point of contact after the initial sale, through on-boarding / implementation and into the creation of new initiatives.
At Glide You Will On-board new customers once they have reached a purchase agreement for their constituents to use Glide’s software services Develop deep relationships with our association partners, who advocate for our services among their member-base of real estate agents Grow our reach within our high-value brokerage clients to increase Glide usage Meet quarterly with these top partners to update them on current Glide adoption, organize training / marketing initiatives and gather feedback Collaborate with our Marketing team to strategize and deploy new product release strategies for up-sell campaigns Leverage our existing partnerships as Glide expands to be a nationwide offering Build new processes for scalable growth as the first hire on the Account Management team Stay up-to-date on current trends, insights, and competitors within the real estate technology industry What We Look For 5 years of account management and/or customer success experience (ideally at another real estate company) You have successfully met quarterly KPIs / OKRs with demonstrated success at generating new revenue streams for the business You are comfortable in driving results throughout the entire life cycle (on-boarding, implementation, product feedback, upsell) You have strong verbal and written communication skills You have a Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in real estate Do your best work, be your authentic self At Compass, we believe that everyone deserves to find their place in the world — a place where they feel like they belong, where they can be their authentic selves, where they can thrive.
