Define standards and best practices for solutions developed on the AWS cloud platform Lead regular reviews of AWS cloud architectures with development teams to ensure standards and best practices are being effectively implemented Design AWS architectures to solve business problems independently and in collaboration with other architects and engineers Develop POCs to prove out architectures prior to production development Provide AWS cloud engineering support and expertise to development teams new to the platform to help accelerate development efforts in any stage Provide training and mentoring for developers from across the company Candidate Requirements 8 years of extensive AWS experience AWS Cloud Infrastructure Achieved AWS Certification – Associate Solution Architect Cert, Professional cert is a Deep experiences with AWS resources, such as CloudFormation, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, LamCompanya, Infrastructure scripting, deployment of VPCs, Subnets, NACL, Route53, Kinesis, Serverless Technologies, etc Deep experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform) Experience with CI/CD technologies (GitLab) Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux based environments Experience with logging and monitoring (New Relic) Experience in encryption and key management technologies Experience with automation software (e.g., Company, Puppet, cfengine, Chef) Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python) Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
