As a Lead Network Engineer, you will assume a leadership role of Network Team.
Define the strategy that will lead to success, assemble a technical team, and implement the plan.
Collaborate with the Technical Directors and engineers across all phases.
Responsibilities * Lead the development efforts based off the organization’s business requirements* Ensure that the design is highly scalable, secure, and adaptable* Determine software and hardware requirements* Take guidance from the Head of Technology* Identify engineers required to complete the endeavor, and execute the plan* Provide updates on the progress, noting any key risks* Define and document the architecture and workflows Qualifications * Bachelor of Science or Engineering in an accredited college or university* 4 years of experience as a Lead or similar role* 3 years of development experience in UE4* Knowledgeable of C++ and back-end technologies* Familiar with distributed systems and cloud architecture* Ability to identify risks, determine contingencies, and offer mitigation plans* Great interpersonal, oral, and written skills* Adaptable to evolving corporate culture Additional Notes * No visa will be issued for this role* Candidate must live within a reasonable distance from the L.A.
office* Given the current pandemic, individuals will be working from home.
Afterwards, the number of remote days will be decided upon.
