JOB SUMMARY Under direct supervision, the HVAC Technician repairs air conditioning (A/C) equipment, boilers, pumps, and exhaust fans.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders.
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new components.
Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Repair and/or replace gauges, values, pressure regulators in all related A/C equipment components and controls.
Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment as directed.
Set up and operate machine tools such as a grinder and drills to repair or fabricate machine parts.
Provide customer service to members, owners, and guests.
Conduct proper building rounds and maintain proper records and documentation.
Replace A/C filters and document as required.
Complete special projects, as assigned.
Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION Technical/Trade school certification in related field.
EXPERIENCE A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the HVAC field required.
No supervisory experience required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS 410A Certified.
HVAC Certification.
Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
