They are in the market for an experienced Senior Accountant The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to GAAP compliance, balance sheet reconciliations, tax compliance and reporting and financial statement preparation and reporting.
This role is deadline-driven and requires excellent communication skills internally and externally.
Responsibilities GL functions for multiple entities, including ledger maintenance, JE preparation, and period-end accruals Balance sheet account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements, reports and analysis Corporate financial reporting process
– mainly ensuring on-time and accurate upload monthly financial data Prepare information needed for the sales & use tax, gross receipts tax, and VAT tax reporting Requirements 5 years’ of progressive accounting experience, ideally within GovCon or manufacturing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience Experience with Costpoint, HFM, InterChain preferred
