Agile Learning Operations Manager

At the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile), we collaborate with leaders in the agile community to create comprehensive learning journeys and accredit top-quality agile training.

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented agilist with a passion for learning to join us in our mission to create transformational learning that ignites business agility across organizations.

As our Learning Programs Manager, you will lead the operational aspects of ICAgile’s renowned accreditation services, analyze learner feedback and trends, and offer key operational support to ICAgile’s growing membership and learning programs.

You will play an active role in enabling ICAgile’s key initiatives and contributing to a highly collaborative, growth-driven and cross-functional team.

Job Responsibilities: 
Lead the operational execution of ICAgile’s course accreditation and instructor authorization offerings from scheduling through to processing results Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer support tickets for learning related topics Analyze feedback from ICAgile’s Member Organization and learners for patterns and trends Suggest process improvements and quality enhancements to ICAgile’s Director of Learning and Director of Member Services Work closely with ICAgile’s Director of Learning to reinforce ICAgile’s commitment to top-quality learning experiences by assessing, designing and coordinating meaningful and effective professional development programs geared toward instructors and course designers.

Provide general organizational support and perform other functions as needed to support ICAgile’s global customer base Travel 10-15% to support ICAgile at conferences and events and attend team gatherings

Desired Qualifications: 
Agile knowledge and experience in addition to a passion for agile and business agility learning.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning / organizational skills Customer-service orientation and high degree of professionalism Ability to be self-directed and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Confidence working with standard professional collaboration tools (Google Drive, MS Office, etc.) Experience in collecting and analyzing customer feedback Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback with confidence, especially when it comes to areas for improvement and growth Instructional design experience, especially using brain-based concepts and interactive adult learning techniques is a plus Experience leading professional training both online and in-person is a plus Foreign language competency is a plus
