About the role The Copywriter will work on the brand team to ideate and execute storytelling as well as lead all written assets for Cupshe, maintaining on-brand copy across all channels.

This role will be responsible for copywriting and partnering cross-functionally with teams to create compelling, engaging, and on-brand copy.

This position will be heavily involved in all facets of how the Cupshe brand exists on various platforms.

Projects will include but not limited to: website copy, customer-facing communications (such as marketing emails), product collections, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent creative writer with a natural ability to view Cupshe through an editorial lens.

They will have a go-getter personality with a good pulse on pop culture and a passion for storytelling.

This role will report to the Brand Manager, and will also partner cross-functionally with all teams.

Job duties
● Refine and manage brand voice and tone to be used across all branded assets
● Partner with different teams to create copy that is compelling, engaging, and on-brand across all channels
● Be responsible for creating copy, including emails, digital advertising, and creative briefs
● Support initiatives to establish and refine brand identity
● Support new collection launches
● Assist the social media team by providing guidance and support for writing styles tailored to specific social platforms
● Be an idea factory and able to consistently ideate concepts to keep the written content fresh and interesting
● Attend team meetings when needed; actively participate in brainstorming sessions
● Maintain knowledge of current events, pop culture, and fashion trends Skills & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent professional experience
● 3-5 years of professional experience with copywriting or communications, preferably at a creative/marketing agency, consumer brand, entertainment industry, or creative-industry adjacent organization
● Must have outstanding English writing and grammar skills
● Proven track record of creating compelling written content
● Excellent organizational skills
● Work independently as well as cross-functionally with teams
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
● Ability to understand creative direction, adapt to diverse situations, and effectively contribute to meetings (i.e.

brainstorming and strategy)
● Demonstrate a strong passion for storytelling
● Strong understanding of effective copywriting in the context of brand marketing
● Interest in fashion and pop culture
● Proficient in utilizing project management software and Google Docs
● Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
