This position will be a great opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant or experienced Payroll Coordinator that would like to move into a hybrid Payroll, Human Resources position. Job description: • Degree from an accredited institution preferred but not required. • Daily operations of the HRIS system. • Process new hire/termination paperwork. • Process accurate and timely semi-monthly multi-state payroll for a high volume of employees in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures as well as federal and state regulations. • Work with managers from various markets to ensure adherence to payroll and human resources procedures, and deadlines. • Enroll/terminate employees into benefit programs. • Interaction with third party administrators/medical carries with employee issues and billing reconciliation. • Process and track leave of absences. • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. • Maintain employee personnel files; including filing of documents and the creation of new files.
