Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute the market development and sales strategy
● Contact potential clients and arrange meetings
● Grow company’s products/services sales
● Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives
● Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
● Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
● Develop quotes and proposals for clients, negotiate sales contracts
● Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
● Manage records of sales, revenue, and other reports Requirements and Qualifications
● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, organized team player
● Strong communication skills and IT fluency
● Understanding of product design process and hardware technologies
● Excellent presentation skills
● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
● Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
● Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
● 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, management, or related field
● Demonstrated and proven sales results
● Proficient computer skills, ability to create and maintain sales reports and budget plans What to expect
