POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will perform assigned tasks, within their scope, necessary for the operation of the pharmacy.
QUALIFICATIONS License /Certification Required: Pharmacy Technician registration with the California State Board of Pharmacy Preferred: Certification as a Pharmacy Technician Education Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Preferred: One year pharmacy technician experience Department Specific Requirements For KDH Home Infusion Pharmacy: requires Valid California Drivers License.
Must provide DMV report prior to offer being made.
No driving infractions 5 years prior to hire or during time in this job.
Infractions include DUI, Suspended or Revoked License, Reckless Driving.
For KDH Home Infusion Pharmacy: experience with IV compounding using aseptic technique and general office/clerical experience.
