Job Overview:Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, GreenMountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A& W, Core, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes.

This position reports into the Director of Brand Design for KDP.As a Lead Designer you will be responsible for how our audiences see, and interact with our brands and products at shelf and in the digital space.

If you’re a talented, energetic, passionate, and inspiring designer and leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment, read on…WHAT YOU’LL DO:Oversee, and contribute to, the development and execution of design work across the KDP portfolio, including brand identity, packaging, landing pages, digital and social graphics (static and animated), innovation, in-store materials, shippers, collateral, toolkits, key art, sales and promotional materials, brand books, and moreSet the creative bar for design excellence across all touchpointsWork closely with the Brand, Account, and Strategy groups to ensure business objectives are met through superlative creative concepts and executionPartner with Campaign & Content, the E-com team, and other internal groups to build on and flesh out ideas and programs that originate in those groupsWork with the Design Production team to bring ideas to life at the highest level of quality possibleLead a group of staff and freelance designers, providing them with clear responsibilities, goals, and, where applicable, career developmentWith Project Management, oversee multiple projects, resources and teams from concept through completionStay on top of the latest trends in pop culture, design thinking and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate the best current thinking into the team’s workChampion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and funRequirements:WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLEA BA or BFA in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experienceOutstanding portfolio showcasing strengths in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and color theoryA proven ability to turn insights and customer behavior into scalable design solutionsAt least 10+ years of experience in design roles, preferably in an agency environment5 + years in a creative leadership roleAt least five years of hands-on experience creating for social and digital platformsStrong presentation skills built on a solid foundation of outstanding written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of, and expertise in, the latest design and industry trendsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XDWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS and After Effects a plusA team player mentality with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethicLeadership and management skills to rival your design chopsThe optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do betterAn entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and a bold approach to problem-solvingAn infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative#IND1Company Overview & EEO Statement:Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading coffee and beverage company in North America with dual headquarters in Burlington, MA and Plano, TX, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion.
